The NEGCSA annual meeting and education day will be held January 28, 2014 at Van Patten Golf Club. We have many great speakers set for the day. The good news is I just booked Bob Francis from OSHA to come and speak to us about the new Global Harmonization System, and what we need to know about training our employees.  He will also be covering chemical hazard communications, so if you have any reservation about the new system this is a must see! - Josh Yerdon

2014 Candidates for NEGCSA Board of Directors
The nominating committee is proud to announce this year’s candidates for the NEGCSA Board of Directors.  There are three members running for three spots; three (3) three-year terms.  Candidates are as follows:

Mark Anderson – Copake Country Club
Craig Cochran - Five Star Golf Cars and Utility Vehicles
Bernie Jorgensen - Satch Sales, Inc.

The elections will take place at our annual meeting on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at Van Patten Golf Club. Nominations from the floor will also be entertained at that time. I look forward to seeing all of you at our annual meeting and best of luck to this year’s candidates.

Rounds 4 Research Deadline Reminder

Dear NEGCSA Member,

I write this quick note to you with urgency. The deadline to donate to rounds fore research, "our only fund raiser for the year", is upon us. The deadline is June 15th, this Saturday. This is very easy and only takes a few minutes to do. I know because I just donated my rounds. All you have to do is go to www.rounds4research.com, click on donate a round, and follow the directions. I am telling you it won't take you any more than five minutes, so please log on and donate today. Thank you in advance for you participation, this means a great deal to your association.
